Pros
This is great job with flexible work hours if you have a knowledgeable field manager who has great people managing skills.
Cons
Problem is if you go from a great manager to a horrible one the job goes from good to bad. The new field manager in the Tampa, FL market is HORRIBLE. People who have been working there for years are quitting due to him. The pay isn't great. The work is much more demanding then you would think and you don't get paid for travel. And you have a manager who is a jerk.
