Pros
It was an interesting experience in an interesting work culture. I learned some new technical skills that I apply in my current job.
Cons
Coworkers were cliquish, very gossipy, and quick to write one up for disciplinary action if they feel they were rubbed the wrong way. It was very easy to feel like an outcast working there. Also, the pay and benefits were not competitive and could be much improved.
