      Decent pay and potential for decent hours. Decent benefits package.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Favoritism for specific employees. Lots of backstabbing between fellow coworkers. Takes a long time to accrue PTO and difficult to get time off.

      Amazing people. It is the most fun work environment I have had in this industry

      No Con’s that don’t exist at every other job in DME- insurance’s are the day to day battle
