      You get a check. They make you feel like a piece of crap if that is considered a PRO.

      Cons

      Will lie to you, do not try to help promote you in anyway. Only will help who they want and if you are not in the group they will give excuse after excuse why you cannot be promoted. Only company I know where you have experience, college education, excellent reviews and still cannot get anywhere. They were not willing to help advance you at all.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
