Pros

Decent onboarding compensation program for new agents

Worst rating software I’ve ever used. Always going down and takes all day to fix meanwhile you can’t even get a quote done. Billing department and underwriting closes at 3pm PST so you and your customers on the west coast obviously do not matter to this company. It’s been like that the while time I worked there and no plans to change it. No benefits at all for agents. Company quit writing term life insurance but insist you write life to keep your job. They quit letting agents write homeowners so there goes the multipolicy discounts making your auto so expensive customers dont want it and even when they did write homeowners, they wont write you if you’ve ever filed a homeowners claim.

Cons

There is little incentive for long-term loyalty. Compensation appears to be based on legacy pay structures, resulting in new hires sometimes receiving higher starting salaries than long-tenured employees with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise in company processes.
