Pros
1. They truly care about the success of their employees! From training, to ongoing attention, to incentives, recognition, rewards, allowing early outs around holidays, etc. they have an entire week (Employee Week) that is dedicated to us. Breakfast made by the owners, lunches, bowling, tigers game,. contests throughout the week for prizes, trivia with the chance to win additional prizes, including a trip to Vegas!, team events, picnic, photo booth, etc....... it's an awesome week!
2. The income and growth potential. Overall, they are a relatively new company (14 years) and are continuing to grow and build the company. In my department, you have the ability to continue to build your income and also have advancement opportunities. It's exciting to have a say in your own future.
3. Benefits: They provide a good health, dental and vision plan AND also offer 401k with a match! Although they do not pay 100% of your benefits, they try to cover any increases that happen each year. They have given each employee a year end Holiday Bonus which amounted to $100 per year here, up to $500 !!
4. Overall, it is simply and truly a family atmosphere. This is my favorite part of the company. There are people that go out of their way to help and ensure you are successful, and I'm not just talking about managers. You become friends with your co-workers.
Cons
It's hard to think of Cons, but would be nice if they could cover a bigger portion of benefits.
