Pros

You get paid twice a month.

Cons

For the corporate offices of ATV, ATD, Katana & etc. Hmmm….Where to start. Where to start. There are just so many. Should I start with the employee parking lot now turned into a container storage-yard, where employees have to find parking off property and walk a fifth of a mile to and from the office each day? Or no, maybe with the roach infested building? Yeah I said it, ROACHES! This place is filthy. They don’t even offer clean drinking water for their employees. Only tap water. Are you looking for a career? I suggest not here. UN-qualified/ UN-experienced/ UN-educated/ UN-professional people (who are the owner’s family/friends) are most likely who you’ll report to and be prepared to get screamed at. Be prepared to work harder, not smarter, and feel unappreciated. It's ran like an old industry, where people actually wait in line to clock-in and out.

Pros

Its remote setup and competitive pay for the tasks involved. While there is a learning curve, the job becomes straightforward once you memorize the systems. The experience is further improved by great managers who provide a supportive environment for their teams.

Cons

The environment is high-pressure due to strict QA standards and a low tolerance for errors. There are numerous complex guidelines that must be followed precisely, which can feel restrictive for those who prefer less micromanagement or more creative freedom in their workflow.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
