I liked a lot of the other people that I worked with on my team. I loved my managers before they made leadership changes - two of the best managers I've had in my career, especially the VP that we reported to. Would have loved to have stayed if they were still there.

Management changes were terrible. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in that respect.
