Pros
Decent pay, lots of exercise, and friendly corporate office. They are all about their employees/customers and try to make sure everyone is taken care of. There are opportunities to advance within the company if that is what you want to pursue. On occasion you get to speak with the owner of the company -- very open door kind of policy.
Cons
Working can be rough in 100+ degree weather or when there is significant rain, but overall it really isn't that bad if you are use to working in the heat or the rain.
