6yHello, thank you for taking the time to write a review. It's important to correct the record - a lot of people read these, and some of your comments are inaccurate. Firstly, we have NOT reduced our vacation and sick time. That is completely untrue. Secondly, we have not boasted about making money. We honestly report to our employees in a live format every quarter on how the company is progressing. If we say we are hitting targets that means just that.
You are welcome to your opinions on Amerit and how we are handling the COVID-19 crisis. People reading this should know, we communicated to all employees early on to take precautions and follow CDC guidelines on hygiene and staying home if not feeling well. We've been communicating several times a week at various levels of management and frontline employees. As an essential business, our employees are proud to continue working and keep America rolling. We have extended our leave policy to allow employees to take 10 days of paid leave against future accruals. We already offer sicks day and vacation days for our employees.
