      Can’t think of any to be honest

      Cons

      Should have paid attention when I noticed 2 co workers regularly breaking down in tears. Management said the company was like family, but have never worked in such a toxic environment. I had a verbal warning for taking my lunch break 5 minutes late.

      Great to learn and progress your career. A lot of responsibility from day one.

      Cons

      You are a slave if you work in the field. Night work is very often without assistance in the morning/ afternoons
