      Company brand. Product portfolio and global footprint.

      Cons

      Only serving executives and the higher ups. They play favoritism and not doing what they should be doing. Have almost zero knowledge and vision on how to manage human resources for a multi-national global company.

      Great company, work culture and work life balance is very healthy.
