      Beware of political relationships in this company. They will expect you to do from A-Z with 0 guidance. When asked for guidance, you are told that you are expected to know it all. Very toxic workplace and “supervisor”. They have 0 knowledge on how to operates within a team. They will pressure you until you burn out and quit. Too many movement under Americas marketing management (very high turnover under her team).

      Honestly the only positive aspect is the hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      It’s frustrating because the company is huge and there isn’t an established process between teams. Management is poor and doesn’t seem to care about people. HR makes you feel like they aren’t there to support employees or even care about you, they only support the company. The company has lost smart and amazing people but they don’t seem to care. They clearly have their favorites.
