Seemed like an edgy cool brand from the outside who wanted to revolutionise the industry

Very chaotic as they do not have an experienced leadership team or proper processes after their recent merger. They do not have sufficient analytics set up so you cannot even access the data you need to do your job. The new company which bought them is completely destroying the culture and even new joiners are quitting after a few months when they realise that it’s a sinking ship. Do not make this mistake !
