Management does not involve employees in any decisions. Small company, so there is no excuse for the lack of cooperation. Senior management are absolute amateurs. They do not understand basic business concepts, for example, multiple sales strategies a year that are changed before they can be executed which leads to confusion and a lack of a unified goal. No understanding of customer base or marketplace. Mid- and lower- level employees have zero respect for the management team. Turnover is incredibly high, especially in finance. Senior management is the driver for the turnover but no changes are made. Could be a fun place to work but it is terrible.
