Not necessary "cons", but definitely points consider: - Business logic is hard. Electrical vehicle industry (and in general, energy industry) is complex. On boarding process helps a lot while grasping the basics of the product(s), but getting there takes time. - Start-up work rhythm might not be for everybody. We are working in a fast-paced industry. Time constraints and scheduling are well organized within the company, but still involves continuous delivery.
