Pros

* Our products solve a major pain for large enterprises as well as SMBs. Customers include some of the world's largest and most beloved brands (e.g., Starbucks, Nordstrom, Alaska Airlines, and many more), and we have NEVER lost a customer. * The opportunity is HUGE and there's still a lot of work for every single employee to do, so professional growth opportunities in abundance. * The company is well funded by some of the best investors out there, so pay and perks are competitive. * The team is EXCEPTIONAL and culture is fun, fast-paced, and collaborative.

Cons

There is little structure and process. The company is only a good fit for folks who are scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity, and happy to set their own agenda and course.

Pros

- Amperity has fantastic benefits-- recovery days, fully covered medical for the employee, vision & dental, commuter subsidy, snacks & drinks onsite, etc. - Self-managed PTO - Three-day onsite hybrid working model for those located in cities with offices - Passionate, intelligent, respectful, fun team - Top-of-the-line product - Yearly opportunities for the entire company to connect in-person - Ownership mindset-- pave your own way - Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) available to foster connection - Intentional career growth emphasis with formal internal mobility policy

Cons

- Turbulent few years-- leadership losing the trust of employees - No 401k match yet

Pros

Strong differentiation in the IDR space.

Cons

- Disconnect between product direction and competition. Amperity is rapidly losing their competitive edge in the IDR space as others catch-up and expand with features that Amperity doesn't yet have on the roadmap. - Internal organizations exist in silos which cause internal friction due to the lack of systems and poor communication. - Overall disconnect between leadership and market realities - Witnessed leadership tactics constituted as bullying. - Very poor work-life balance, extremely difficult to take time-off - No 401K match - Health benefit coverage is the worst I've ever had - Overall immature organization, especially considering their 10 years of operation - Cultish mentality in longtime employees which I would consider symptomatic of an unhealthy workspace
