Pros
- Flexible sales approach with ability to drive your own success - Intrapraneurial mindset, allowing me to act as my own boss and work on the projects and accounts I found the most beneficial for the job - Great co-workers - Ability to grow quickly in your role, with salary increases and job responsbility
Cons
- Culture was apparently being worked on and at the forefront of the executives teams mind - this was simply not the case. They only cared about their own pockets and how they could screw either customers or their own employees to fill their pockets even more, which created a fairly hostile and unfriendly work environment - Even at small businesses, I never saw a CEO or CFO so involved in the little decisions being made by management. - During my time, the amount of turnover I saw was astounding. They would then push those who left responsibilities onto other team members with little to no knowledge of the subject manner, and create obscure deadlines for the projects they took on - I've worked with 2 companies in the past where it was a husband and wife running the company - it's a recipe for disaster especially when one is the CEO, and the other is the CFO. Make sure you receive commissions and the money you've earned.
