Pros

Amplience has been a genuinely enjoyable place to work. People here are really welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. There’s also a real openness to evolving as a business, with leaders wanting to understand what we need and how things can keep improving. The all hands meeting monthly has been really useful at communicating strategy and business updates which in a remote first can be challenging. Because it’s a smaller organisation, you’re not just a number. You get to know people across the business and can see the impact of your work, which makes a big difference. The remote working culture, early-finish Fridays (when your work’s done), and quarterly recharge days are great for work-life balance and show and make you feel like you are trusted.

Cons

As an organisation, processes and structures are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to ambiguity. However, this also creates opportunities and also some interesting projects to support moving from start up to scale up mentality.

Pros

Dynamic, powerful product, great benefits, supportive team

Cons

There honestly aren’t any cons, it’s a perfect company and more companies should take a page from their book

Pros

They give you a paycheck

Cons

The culture is super toxic. No product vision. No vision at all. No strategy. The Brits are your stereotypical coworkers - fake to your face and snobby/outright mean behind your back. For no reason! Most importantly - the CEO is the WORST of them all! Major ego problems and treats the company like his pet project.
