You need to watch your back here, especially if you are in a role that supports Sales (Rev Ops, Marketing, Enablement). Sales leaders drive the bus and will be very quick to blame people on these teams if they aren't meeting quota. If you're one who's in the crosshairs, GTM leaders will not wait long to cut you out (and you may not even realize you were on the target list in the first place). If you do survive that, it will probably be thanks to taking on more than you can handle and burning out within 2 years.
