Pros
Work environment is very constructive and positive. Great Leadership / Supervisors Agreeable co-workers Good time-off request system Excellent Benefits provided to the Worthwhile work Good Training provided to the fresher and those who join in the middle of the career. Management is quite open to the employees and listens to the issues of the employees. I never felt apprehensive regarding my employment being at threat of being laid off, and the management at the corporation has done a very fine work of building healthy, sustainable development in its clientele. When I joined the come, my immediate supervisor gave me ample time to adjust myself to the work environment and understand my role well. He asked me what opinions I have and how I can make the things better. I felt that he was keen to listen my experiences and wanted to know how to improve the work environment and job method. Periodic reviews by immediate and next level supervisors were reasonably fair. They offered fine feedback, both helpful and constructive.
Cons
Workers often face problems with the computer system / equipment which slow down the work speed. It’s possible that management may have fixed this issue since I have been there though. Management was working to make changes there. This is not a gigantic matter though, and did not stop me from enjoying my time at Amreli Tech.
