      Pros

      If you are an A player, there are no limits to your success. This is a fast growing agency with growing credibility in the marketplace. You are expected to work hard, and deliver performance for clients which challenges you to not only become good at what you do, but grow your communication skills which is a key skill set at the company. Free snacks, company outings, great people, fun office.

      Cons

      If you are a good fit and you are passionate about digital, then not sure that you will encounter any cons... I haven't.

      Pros

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Cons

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

      Pros

      There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
