Pros

- camaraderie; work family type of environment where if you need help with a tool or application someone will gladly help you (not cut throat like some big agencies can be in NYC). -coaching; the teams here work together to make processes better and more efficient for the overall health of the company but also for personal career growth -education; the SEO team specifically is highly focused on professional growth. Regular leaning luncheons and Google Analytics certification sessions are scheduled by top management to help build talent across the company. -rewards; top management rewards teams for good work such as client retention and/or proposing cool big picture marketing ideas to Clients. -ability to make vertical moves within the company -growth potential in your role -work life balance; agency life can sometimes be overwhelming with long hours but generally speaking Path has always shown respect for employee's time and understands by allowing days for remote work options or the new unlimited vacation policy

Cons

-high volume; this is a digital agency in NYC so it is to be expected. Knowing how and when to prioritize is key to success. -long work days; not everyday is long but for the SEO team specifically the first week of the month is usually a long one since we are all trying to get reporting done adequately and in a timely fashion.

Pros

Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

Cons

Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

Pros

There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
