      Pros

      Unlimited vacation and good work life balance, for the most part. Some teams are great to work with.

      Cons

      You have to beg to be promoted for the most part. It won't just come with "hard work" and getting the job done. If you want it you need to go out of you way for it. There are also huge pay discrepancies within roles. There is a big turnover rate in this department, both people leaving and being terminated.

      Pros

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Cons

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

      Pros

      There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
