Company doesn't last long on projects, so if you're looking for breaks in between this is the company for it
Cons
Depending on who you ask, I guess if a female employee sleeps with one male employee and then turns and sleeps with another to be vindictive, then that would be a pro, but those that are secure and don't resort to high school tactics wouldn't perceive that as classy. Lot of perversion and favoritism. Lacks a good safety culture. If management or their quality control gets mad they see to it an employee gets fired. They will lie and embellish and state the "offending" employee was the one who did what they actually did themselves. They will ruin a career and they DO NOT CARE. They allow unsafe acts to occur and keep the employees that commit unsafe acts. Production driven. And they were kicked off a large well known site because they continued with their indifference. I would pass on this company if I had it all to do over again, that's for sure.
