Pros
Small company where input and response are quick so you can make things happen fast. Teamwork good again due to small company size.
Cons
Work / life balance poor. The downside of a small company is that the owners dictate exactly how things run and they are in business to benefit themselves (Naturally!) BUT there is little to no consideration for staff as "people" - you are simply a resource to be used / abused / discarded / rewarded at the whim of the owners
