      The leadership truly cares about its employees and is so approachable. I feel valued and part of the family right from the beginning. The benefits are excellent, not to mention we receive lots of swags and goodies throughout the year.

      Pros

      Company culture with leaders who really care about people, customers, and doing the right thing. Lots of fun events to connect with colleagues. Lots of high-end swag (e.g., North Face, Yeti, etc). Small business feel with bigger business stability and growth potential.

      Cons

      No workplace is perfect, but nothing that rises to the level of a "con". AnaVation is a great place to work.
