The company has been around for over 50 years, which is rare in tech. If you’re in Sales or Engineering, you get the most attention.
Cons
Like many corporate giants, adapting to change is often slow, especially in non-tech areas of the company. Internal process and infrastructure hasn’t kept pace and often creates bottlenecks. Company is still somewhat silo’d and knowledge sharing is not the norm.
