New segment reorganization is putting the focus in the right places.
Cons
A bit of an old boy network in some places has caused some clogging of the corporate arteries. The recent RIF was a marked departure from previous practices and seemed to be purely for financial reasons and some good people were let go. Usually the company tries to shift good people around to retain them or does across-the-board salary reductions and the few that get let go are those with the worst reviews. Work ethic a bit lacking in some employees.
