Cons
Not really sure management understands that career development is a strong desire from younger employees. A lot of this depends on who your manager is. If your manager isn't giving you what you need, there aren't many options for you. Upper management is good at communicating high level strategy, but middle management struggles to develop efficient ways to execute on these goals - leading to lots of wondering by the lower level folks. No clear promotion pathway. Anti-social culture at least in Greensboro since so many people commute.
