Great people, good culture, as well as nice office campus. Company is thriving and getting bigger and bigger - lots of things always going on.
Cons
Work-life balance is horrible, if you are looking to "over achieve" be prepared to work 10-12hr days on average - even with a promotion you will still end up being underpaid from market average by at least 30-40%.
