Pros
Smart bright talented people at the company. Fun and agile. Doing some really good work and have a lot of potential.
Cons
Was asked to do some things by management that I personally didn't feel comfortable with. This may have more to do with the private smaller company mentality vs. a more corporate atmosphere.
