A big NO to this company - Architect Analytix Data Services Employee Review

This is a fast paced company that has a very unique product platform, and is experiencing unprecedented growth. Employees work as a team, and have the support of all levels of management, in all positions. The company provides growth opportunities for a variety of careers and also very good recognition for those that are effective in their roles. Along with growth comes a great deal of change and a rigorous pace. This is not a monolithic corporation where the work is mundane and the pace seems to stand still, quite the opposite as every new day brings additional customers from every industry vertical. Benefits have grown with the company and managements invests in their employees. Great salaries and commission percentages for any market.

The fast-paced young company environment is not for everyone, and we have seen a few people that come from larger corporations that work at a much slower pace, and struggle to keep up as they are likely not suited for a smaller company where lack of drive is very visible.

Until you are doing your job assigned to you, no one will bother you (this is not limited to this company but in any company you name) because ultimately we are responsible to deliver on what we are hired for. For freshers / experienced, you wont get any better company than this in terms of exposure, learning to new technologies from your colleagues and the management. Go ahead and join if you are serious about work and not bothered with the policies around you.
