They like staff from big names, pretty girls , and the company name always on media both bad and good. They fight against regulator requests.
Cons
Trick people to join by making them pay cut and over promise year end bonus but pay low in particularly bonus on average. Very poor HR dept as bonus and payrise time always a misery and wait for CEO mood to say “something”. Always try to hide their organization structure and ownership. They only looks BIG on surface. Everytime need to pay some professional fees and subscribe some vendor professional services, it takes ages and turn out always waste people time. So many rumors in the recruitmemt agency circles saying there are bad apples in the HR dept who demand kickbacks. They think they are rich and smart, even regulators request can be deferred or even mislead them by bringing them to walk the MAZE in the garden. Worst of all, CEO is king and always accompanied by women when he travel. They are so called Bond Girls.
