Got the job, Worked there for a day. It did not take much but I quickly figured out the owner big narcissist so I left. I would avoid even interviewing there. Seeing the positive reviews on here I would guess the owner posted them.
Anchor Plastics Response

We're sorry you feel that way, unfortunately we wish we would have had more time with you but you left after only 7 hours on the job. We wish you the best with your future endeavors.
Everyone collaborates really well, especially between sales, production, and customer service. I always feel supported when handling customer requests, and management communicates clearly about expectations. It’s a positive and stable environment.
Cons
No major cons so far — the team makes the work enjoyable.
I enjoy the variety of projects here — every tool build or mold design brings a new challenge. The engineering and production teams work closely together, and there’s room to share ideas and improve processes. Leadership gives you trust to make decisions and grow in your role.
Cons
Honestly, none worth noting. It’s a fast-paced environment, but that’s part of what makes it exciting.
