Pros

The Team I worked with have been excellent but undervalued by direct management and the broader management team.

Cons

No understanding of real issues. What is classed as a real issue does not get addressed. However minor, insignificant issues are classed as major. Staff turnover rate is out of the roof ! - what is the reason for this? Senior management team implemented then let go within months without any communication to the teams. Benefits are none existent, and what is in place is given as the legal bare minimum. No incentive for personnel to join the company or indeed stay when overall they are treated with no respect. This company is simply archaic in its direction and employee engagement.

No pros working for this company. Sadly

Cons they work and approach problems like they work in the 90’s. With the off the shelf CRM system that quite frankly was not vetted and doesn’t work even with the introduction of experts over 9 months ago to help streamline and assist with transition. Between the wasted time PMs waste saving every email communication in an excel workbook just in case we need proof or back-up. That should have been the red flag of bigger issues. Such as ordering materials from vendors for Sponsors needed urgently for clinical trials and vendors will not ship because we Ancillare are on credit hold or they will not ship until all balances are paid. I’ve only worked with Fortune 500 companies and decided to give Ancillare a try since it was a woman owned local business. No support from Senior Leadership nobody leads or wants to collaborate to make things better they just hide how bad things are until you find out or they blame you for their lack of support on an organizational level. I would avoid at all costs.
