We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating. For clarity to prospective candidates: our care model is intentionally team-based, working within shared workflows designed to dramatically expand access for patients, reduce administrative burden for clinicians, and ensure patients receive appropriate clinical and administrative support across their treatment journey. These processes are central to how we serve patients. They allow clinicians to practice at the top of their license and do not shift clinical judgment to non-clinicians, while also ensuring every patient is supported by a coordinated team and never left without clear next steps or the provision of the highest standard of care. We want to be crystal clear that our decisions are driven by patient needs rather than financial considerations. Our responsibility is to ensure that patients receive timely, appropriate care and the high-touch support they need to manage their condition safely and effectively. This patient-first standard guides our decisions across the organization and is not negotiable. We recognize that a fast-growing, complex, mission-driven environment is extremely rewarding, but not the right fit for everyone. We remain committed to being clear with candidates about what it’s like to work here so they can make an informed decision.

Pros

Extraordinarily mission-oriented Amazing clinical model that gives patients what they need Huge impact for partners Huge growth opportunity Very strong and experienced leadership, fast paced but stable

Cons

Probably not the place for everyone. Your colleagues will have very high standards and expect you to perform at a level most people haven’t been asked to do before

Pros

Pay was competitive Meals provided daily

Cons

Non clinical/scheduling staff dictate how the providers can interact with patients, and often interject themselves inappropriately. Often try to give provider’s orders to follow despite having no clinical expertise or licensure themselves No respect for literally any employee’s schedule The gaslighting is actually top notch. They should be proud/ashamed of themselves for that level of expertise Patients are seen as dollar signs. If they aren’t taking the “right” medications, they don’t receive care Atrocious work life balance
