- Quota is impossible- YOU WONT MAKE MONEY HERE - Micromanaging at all levels- YOU’RE TREATED LIKE CHILDREN - Distrust of the team from leadership- THEY DON’T TRUST YOU TO DO YOUR WORK - Poor communication from NY to Austin - High turnover, SDR org went from 40+ to 15 in a few months - Leadership turnover at the C-level- that’s when you know it’s a sinking ship - The entire company’s mission changed to try and stay afloat and compete with better companies - Churning and burning out employees at all levels - Manager turnover, forced and voluntary - The RECRUITERS of this company resigned because they could no longer continue to lie to prospective employees because of how bad the situation is - You’re not going to grow yourself here - There is no career path - You won’t learn anything here - If you like being treated condescendingly and patronizingly, you’ll fit right in here. - there is no culture, the culture that was here is now long gone
