      Great benefits, office has a family feel, lots of company events, off early on Fridays during off season.

      Cons

      The tax industry takes a lot of your time and sucks your soul. PTO backout end of February through April 15, then end of July through October 15 for busy season.

      Free lunch during busy season

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
