Production manager micromanages and uses leads to spy on the other shifts and report back how supervisors manage their shifts. Production manager only communicates with the leads on all 3 shifts leaving the supervisors out of the loop and gets mad when we don't know what's going on. Supervisor's never involved in the hiring process of new employees. Most times you're getting someone's relative who is tight with the production manager and has no warehouse experience.
