Pros

You can count on your fingers the number of companies that offer the opportunity to start a career in IT from scratch. So Andersen is one of them. If you eager to study a lot and then work in this industry Andersen is not the worst way (but not the best). Andersen has a good preparation system and after it you will never have a problem on tech or soft skill interview preparation

Cons

If you started career from Andersen laboratory as junior you salary will be much lower then you expect from IT. And to earn money you should work really hard and do extra activities. Also there is a long term contract (1,5 y) with high penalties if you leave the company. But these extra activities is also youe experience. If you're on bench managers try to send you to vacation while they looks for new project.
