Worst Company in goa - Junior Developer Androcid Media Employee Review

Didn't see any Pros for this company in India. HR People are very much frustrating and dont know the cullture.

The recruiting staff (HR staff) in India showed a very unhygienic, unhealthy and unprofessional attitude to one of their requirement. One fine day i got call from them to work on sunday, as i was just joined i completed them. After everything done they said managment was not happy with my perfomance and cut my full time and put me into new position of Unpaid-Internship..... I resign right away. they are just wasting every body's time.... seems they have lots of time to spend and they are doing so by calling the candidates

Please don't fall into their honey trap with higher paying offer.

- They don't resolve your issues ,so no proper management - They want money only by getting their work done by intern or fresher. - After their work done ,they removed you by saying you are not up to the mark or your performance is poor. -Also they terminate you suddenly without any notice period. -They don't know the technology but requiring many more features out of scope of that technology. -The HR is so dumb , he cannot even manage the team about updates. -
