      The homes are small and more like a family setting. Great hours, accommodating to school schedules.

      They can move you between houses permanently without your permission.

      Pros

      Employees are great and friendly; most managers are caring.

      Cons

      Company is paying their CEO $225k and she works remotely from Washington state, rarely physically visits. Shame that this nonprofit doesn't keep its funds in the Valley. CEO doesn't participate in the stores or house programs. CEO creates a hostile work environment.
