      Pros

      Great Place to work. If you enjoy math and like teaching people then this is a great place to start. Its not a high paying job but that's not the reason why one works there.

      Cons

      No real big cons. When business is slow you still get paid and you get to work on homework. Dont see any cons in that kind of work environment. Sometimes people get frustrated with math and express there frustration in different ways but that's only natural.

      - Certification Reimbursement - Access to platforms like TryHackme - Great opportunity for entry level professionals - Very consistent schedule - Work load is enough to keep you engaged but not overwhelmed every shift. - Excellent Management and great co workers - Good Insurance Benefits

      Cons

      - 12 hr shifts can be something you need to adjust to - Pay is low for entry level individuals - Paid once a month

      Honestly if you can deal with the politics its probably one of the best places you will ever work.

      Some will say low wages
