Senior leadership is tone deaf, quarterly goals are delivered late and are unattainable, zero transparency into the creation of goals, constant mistakes with payout - to the degree that we had to file claims against the company, Human Resources do nothing with the feedback they are given, if you speak up or push back on anything you get a target on your back and told you are rude, favoritism is blatant, I believe antisemitism runs rampant - to the point that the only two Jewish reps were switched to another team and leadership did not address the October 7th massacre until days later with an email that was cold and lacked empathy. Leadership has no clue on how overworked we are and hide behind meetings and are unaccountable for anything.
