- if you don't meet your sales you're fired, no exceptions doesn't matter how hard you try or how long you've been there
- constantly changing, feels like every 3 months they throw out some big change
- messed up employee taxes really bad one year with little apology and no solution just had to deal with it and also had to fight for one of the sign on bonuses I earned (from what I hear they no longer offer this bonus)
- mentally tough job, it's mostly cold calling and with that there's a lot of challenges in itself the company takes it into effect to a degree but have been increasing their sales target minimums over time
- commissions keep changing and getting lower
