Pros
Not many pros besides my team and manager. Great benefits package except for the actual comp plan. Corporate culture is decent , however morale is really low due to no faith in the Executive team.
Cons
Executive leadership has no clue what they are doing. No new products in the pipeline. They could careless about the Salesforce turnover. The compensation plan is misleading... 175k at plan , but it’s designed around capped buckets making it almost impossible to hit every window.
