Pros

You'll be exposed to global clients, big budgets and there's no timesheets. You'll learn a lot of what not to do from micromanaging egos but you'll meet incredibly talented people and friends for life. CEOs, Camilla and Karina are the most inspiring people in the agency leadership team and you are often in a room with them seeing how they think and approach problems.

Cons

It's not an agency where time or work are respected. What the client says goes. It's very fast and no time sheets means nothing is off limits so projects can go on and on and it can get extremely boring. A very very high turnover with regular redundancy rounds and very high burn out. The talent team are trying to bring more DE&I to the agency but there is a real lack of diversity and a real lack of understanding on diverse needs from management. You are expected to be on call at all hours including holidays and weekends. ECD is a nice enough guy but not the inspiring, thought provoking, mentoring leader you'd expect from at an agency like Anomaly.
