Pros

I use to work here as a homemaker. I loved the clients that I had, quick hire, they can find you clients and hours quickly, helping others. If you have a problem with a client or you feel not comfortable they will take you off immediately and help you find someone who matches well with you and your hours. You are always in control of how many hours you work and how you balance it. Time off you have to request it 2 weeks or earlier in advanced and there is no PTO.

Cons

VERY UNORGANIZED. No management you always will speak to a care coordinator not a supervisor. Care coordinators handle everything basically. You will get put out into the field with little information about the client and half of its wrong or not updated and no training. Sometimes the care coordinators can be rude and unpleasant to speak with esp the after hour staff. They try to push as many clients on you as possible and the pay sucks but you know this when you apply. They are a company that can hire you and fire you the next day, they don't take call outs lightly esp if its the same day or day before you work. Even if its a emergency they don't care and sometimes threaten you with "next time there will be a disciplinary action or a termination" Everything is over the phone. Leadership is awful and half the time the offices have no idea whats going on.

Pros

Generous PTO policy and flexibility around time off. Many employees genuinely care about their work, their customers, and their teammates. There are talented individuals throughout the organization who continue to deliver strong results despite challenging circumstances.

Cons

Compensation often does not align with the level of effort, responsibility, and results expected from employees. Recognition can feel inconsistent, with visibility and internal relationships sometimes appearing to carry more weight than performance and measurable impact. Many of the product offerings feel dated compared to competitors, making it difficult for teams to position solutions effectively in the market. Significant investment in product innovation and modernization is needed to remain competitive. The company also appears to be facing strategic challenges. Employees are frequently asked to do more with less, while the long-term vision and execution plan can feel unclear. There is a noticeable desire across the organization for stronger leadership alignment, a more defined growth strategy, and clearer communication around the path forward.
