Toxic micromanagement at the senior leadership level. No clear direction just get it done mentality. SS&C Singularity is a broken product with no future. Be prepared to spend hours working around problems that would be considered basic functionality for other systems. They layoff about 10 percent every year to keep margins inline. Not sustainable.
